Experience
After nearly 30 years with UniCredit’s Corporate & Investment Banking division, Luca joined Kon S.p.A. in May 2024.
Over the course of his career, he has gained significant experience in Equity Capital Markets and Corporate Finance Advisory, supporting numerous Italian and international companies and investors in major extraordinary finance transactions — including Prada’s IPO in Hong Kong, Tod’s acquisition of the Roger Vivier brand, and the Essilor-Luxottica OPS.
He has developed expertise across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on the Consumer Goods industry.
Luca holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan and an MBA from SDA Bocconi, where he has been collaborating for several years as part of the Corporate Valuation course.
