Throughout his career, Lorenzo has focused on M&A and corporate finance, developing strong expertise in transaction services, corporate valuation, structured finance, and strategic finance.

He has significant experience in cross-border transactions, both inbound (foreign to Italy) and outbound (Italy to foreign markets), covering various European regions. He has also worked across multiple industries, including pharmaceuticals, fashion and Made in Italy, industrial machinery, and oil & gas.

Prior to joining Kon, Lorenzo worked in the M&A team of other corporate finance consulting firms, contributing to the execution of several acquisitions of national relevance and actively managing and valuing equity portfolios.

He holds a master’s degree in Economics and Business Law from Bocconi University, where he also completed a study abroad program at Keio University in Tokyo, Japan. He previously earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Florence.

Lorenzo currently lectures on accounting and corporate finance topics at several private educational institutions in Italy.
