For more than 20 years, Fabrizio has advised both national and international Groups across a wide range of business areas , including Corporate Strategy, M&A, Financial Advisory, Valuation, Corporate and Group Organization, and Debt Advisory.
His work has spanned multiple geographical regions, including Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
Throughout his professional career, Fabrizio has developed deep expertise in sectors that represent the excellence of Made in Italy, with a strong focus on strategic planning, valuation, M&A, and debt advisory.
He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Florence, has authored several books published by Il Sole 24 Ore, and has delivered numerous training courses for companies and leading educational institutions.
