Experience
Emanuele has over 10 years of experience in financial planning and management control.
After gaining initial experience in SMEs, he has spent his entire consulting career at Kon S.p.A., developing strong expertise in extraordinary transactions, business plan preparation — including for international groups — and management control.
In recent years, he has been involved in numerous M&A transactions, both buy-side and sell-side, contributing across all phases of the deal process.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Corporate Governance and Management.
Emanuele currently lectures on corporate finance and management control topics at several private training institutions.
