KON Foundation was established with the goal of donating the experience and technical expertise of KON S.p.A.’s professionals to benefit nonprofit organizations.
• The KON Foundation fosters the exchange of services and knowledge, but above all, it donates time to those in need in order to drive social change.
• The Foundation combines a strong focus on the social needs of the community with professional expertise and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Through KON’s corporate giving initiatives, the KON Foundation reaches out to those in need of its support.
• The KON Foundation is registered in the Single National Register of the Third Sector (RUNTS) and is officially recognized as a Third Sector Entity (ETS).
KON Foundation is the link between:
- Entities, associations, and companies that position their development and social impact projects within a long-term investment strategy
- Entities that, by virtue of their institutional mission, can provide financial resources to support such initiatives
These include:
– Corporate Foundations
– Banking Foundations
Carla Majenza is coordinator of the KON Foundation’s activities and relationship with KON Group for the management of activities and professionals.
The Foundation’s board of directors includes Kon partners Francesco Ferragina, Vincenzo Ferragina and Fabrizio Bencini. Also on the board are Vezio Manneschi, Claudia Sorlini, Alessandro Rossi, and Cristina Marsili Libelli, Luciano Bertolini as auditor and statutory auditor.
