Francesco is one of the founders of Kon S.p.A.
For over 20 years, he has advised both domestic and international groups across various business areas, including Corporate Strategy, M&A, Financial Advisory, Privatizations, and Debt Restructuring.
His work has spanned multiple geographical regions, including Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
Throughout his professional career has developed deep expertise in sectors that represent the excellence of Made in Italy, with a strong focus on strategic planning, valuation, M&A, and post-merger integration.
He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Florence and a PhD in Business Economics and Finance.
