ESG

Sustainability for Kon

Kon’s goal is to support entrepreneurs in strengthening and growing their businesses with a long-term, sustainable perspective — creating value for both themselves and their stakeholders.

Thinking long term is an integral part of Kon’s mission, which is built on the combination of social and environmental responsibility and economic value creation.

This is why we have embarked on a path to formalize our sustainability strategy by setting goals aligned with the UN SDGs.

The plan we are finalizing includes a series of actions with targets that are measured and reported not only annually, but also periodically through our management control dashboard.

Key pillars of our ESG approach include:

  • The Kon Foundation
  • The Sustainability Awards project
  • The integration of sustainability across all services: ESG aspects are not treated or presented as stand-alone issues, but are embedded throughout the entire organization — including its operational, organizational, and economic-financial dimensions.

For us, sustainability is not a “service” we offer — it is embedded in the DNA of everything we do.

A successful project: the Sustainability Award

Kon is now in its third edition of the “Sustainability Award” — an important recognition reserved for Italian entrepreneurs who have demonstrated the ability to drive sustainable, inclusive, and stable growth, creating value not only for their businesses but also for the wider community.
